  12.         Early this morning, a Mr. George Shultz of Dover was found dead
  13.         in back of the West Landing Pub.  The body had no wounds and did
  14.         not show any signs of a fight.  In the hand of the dead man was
  15.         a bag of 10 gold coins.
  16.  
  17.         Inspector Lestrade, after questioning several people, arrested
  18.         Jacob Wilson a known thief who was seen at the pub last night.
  19.         Lestrade has concluded that Wilson attempted to rob Mr. Shultz
  20.         and then killed him.  He also speculates that someone must have
  21.         come out of the pub and Wilson was forced to flee.  Lestrade is
  22.         not sure how Shultz was killed, but he has vowed to prove that
  23.         it was Wilson.

  25.         Also questioned by Lestrade were Robin Jackson, who works at
  26.         Hillery's Boutique and had been seeing Shultz; Robert Grant,
  27.         a stock broker who Mr. Shultz had been seen visiting a few
  28.         times; Donald Lee, a friend of Mr. Shultz.

  30.         Jacob Wilson has sent you a note pleading for your help.  He
  31.         insists that he had nothing to do with the entire matter and
  32.         is just a victim of circumstance.

  88.         When Mr. George Shultz arrived in London two months ago he quickly
  89.         sought out Robert Grant.  Robert and he had grown up together in
  90.         Dover.  He was very excited to find that Robert had become quite
  91.         successful here in London and was earning a good wage working at
  92.         a brokerage house.
  93.  
  94.         Shultz was a gambler and soon found himself in debt.  He needed to
  95.         raise cash quickly or face the racketeers.  He decided that he
  96.         would go to his friend and ask to borrow the money; Grant refused.
  97.  
  98.         Since Shultz came from the same city as his friend Grant had, he
  99.         was aware of the time Grant had spent in prison for embezzlement.
  100.         He knew that Grant would be fired if word of this ever came out.
  101.         He then decided he would blackmail his friend into giving him the
  102.         money.
  103.  
  104.         Although he had only planned on a one time thing, his gambling
  105.         continued and he began to rely on the blackmail money.
  106.  
  107.         Grant quickly became tired of paying out the money.  Finally when
  108.         he was evicted from his apartment for not paying the rent and
  109.         forced to move into the east side of town, he plotted the murder
  110.         of his friend.  Relying on his knowledge that Shultz always bit
  111.         his coins to verify their authenticity, he poisoned the money
  112.         that he was to pay him that night.
